What a challenge! Introducing Shi Jiang the Panda who was a custom order. One of my collectors brought me the porcelain box Shi Jiang is standing next to and asked me to create a panda to go in the box. Shi Jiang is 2" tall and created using vintage upholstery velvet in black and white with red ultrasuede paw pads. He has black onyx eyes and his nose was embroidered using red pearl cotton. His face has been needle sculpted and his eye patches created give him personality. He wears a silver ribbon around his neck. He does fit perfectly in his box. |
